We offer appraisals for all kinds of trailers, including appraisals of cargo trailers, horse trailers, flatbed trailers, and more.

What payment methods does Trailer Pros accept?

For projects with total fees under $3,000, we accept credit card, ACH transfer, wire transfer, Zelle, or Venmo.

For engagements exceeding $3,000, we accept ACH transfer, wire transfer, Zelle, or Venmo. Credit cards are not accepted for larger projects due to processing limitations.

What are Trailer Pros’ standard payment terms?

For appraisal assignments totaling $3,000 or less, full payment is required before work begins.

For projects exceeding $3,000, a 50% deposit is due at engagement, with the remaining 50% payable prior to release of the completed appraisal report. Work will commence once the initial payment is received.

Does Trailer Pros issue formal proposals or agreements?

Yes. For assignments over $3,000, we provide a written proposal outlining scope, assumptions, intended use, turnaround time, and fees for review and approval before starting the engagement.

For smaller projects, we can provide a formal proposal upon request, though many standard assignments are confirmed via written quote and email authorization.
